@ Sean and @ Kenny got the GFX mod zip file 6.1, open the gfx folder then the FX folder, open the constants.txt file with Notepad ++ and under the water section change the static modifier from 0.1f to 1.0f that will fix it for you.

Not working for me either. I tried the direct link but it links to a flat map mod :/

I'm still getting the sparkling water with this activated. I checked the version number in the .mod file like A93ntZ3r0, but it's already set to "1.19.*.*"

Is there anything else I could do to get this working?

Ok, got it working now, had to edit the .mod file and change game vrsion.

I didn't mind the animated water thing but it seemed not very well distributed. Some portions of the sea would be animated whie others would not. Thanks for providing this.
