Lordwarblade, Sounds fun. I hope you enjoy! 2400.... 2800?
Lordwarblade 20 May, 2024 @ 4:40pm
Covid may not be keeping everybody at home anymore but we sure did learn that there is no need to restrict our schools to a measly radius of 1800. I'm bumping my copy back up to 2400 immediately.

ray_sir_6, Thanks...

You predicted 2020. Congrats. Maybe play the lottery?

markg, I think this is a great idea, but alas, already checked into it and not possible to my knowledge. Thank you my friend!

It would be cool if you could require the City Wi-Fi policy as a prerequisite to build this, along with the elementary school version. Not sure if the game mechanics allow that or not…

KittenCanaveral I hear you and actually finding I don't miss the world as much as I thought I would. These schools started out with a 2400 radius, but people complained they counted as a cheat soooo... I made them publicly funded and a low enough "oversight cost to place more of them. Otherwise we do see eye to eye and agree on this.

I haven't left my apartment in over a week, I sit here wondering if it's worth asking about having the radius increased with a corresponding maintenance cost.

Very similar and yes they are the same type of building. I should and perhaps well change the building out for another or make a new one.

Très similaire et oui ils sont du même type de bâtiment. Je doit et peut-être bien changer le bâtiment dehors pour une autre ou faire une nouvelle

It's normal that it's the same look that Modern Home School: Elementary? It's the same in game?

C'est normal que c'est le même look que Modern Home School: Elementary? C'est pareil en jeu?

Thank you CubicPoison you are greatly appreciated. The cost of maintenance and other statistics are topic all over the place given even stock assets are not calculating properly for many players and we have yet to figure out why.

I'm subscribed to a lot of your replacement modern assets. (fire dept, police, elementary school, etc.) They all have a maintenance cost of 16. I believe this is because the number you type in the maintenance cost slot is actually way less than it costs in-game. If you up the cost in the asset editor though, I think it would be more realistic in-game. Keep making these cool assets though! :hardhat: I'll be watching for more... :demoneye:

Well thank you, Populous! While my students were milling about, the lumber industry took many in and gave them on-the-job training. Seems a trade school appenticeship would convince those handy with their hands to become carpenters. I could just see it now... Morning Wood Trade School! Our motto is; "The best hand on our business".

You know haylostachoo... I am really starting to like you!

Those lucky students got a holiday when I closed their school and introduced the new and improved Home Schooling High School. Registration is slow, my teachers and administrators are wary of allowing a blanket acceptance when the parents will not commit the time necessary. For those who hesitate, industry will offer a hammer, saw and shovel -- welcome to the working world!

Minor Script fix, but required to work well.
