You know where I'm coming from though, I just want to play some challenging maps in 2016 almost if they are going to be considered "top rated". I probably coudln't do a better job than you myself admitedly and I don't hold any grudge against you for trying, more power too you and good luck.

Howdy. Now I completely see what you mean. I understand this map has a lot in common with a turd. It's bad, smelly and doesn't take much effort. As a matter of fact, this map took less than half an hour to create.
I'm not sure how it has got this much craze. Also with your 'not that experienced' comment, I understand where you are coming from. I am still learning how to make half decent tests.
I'm even trying my best to learn a bit of Hammer.

Also, yes. There is a bunch of junk on the top rated page. If you wish to find tests that are unlike this map such as actually creative and good maps. Try turning on the custom visuals filter. There are many brilliant tests in that area.

Anyway, thanks for your comment. You took some time out of your day to play this turd which is good. Have fun finding actual good maps.

Sometimes I wonder by the comments if people have actually played any good portal 2 maps? This map is pretty bad for 2016 standards. I continue to come across maps like this with no challenge to them, with comments mostly praising them and that makes me wonder. It's annoying that 90% of the maps you get when you click "top rated" are drivel like this map. No offense to the author who is obviously not that experienced.

I never really expected it to be tested so I didn't make something impressive. So in all honesty, you weren't.

i found it perfect! seemed impossible in the beginning, but once i started to make the connections everything fell into place. also the ending was very cool !!

Seems original but diffiiculty is too messed up (it's too hard on start but turns too easy after failing once)

Was a bit confused by the final action required. Thought the area next to the door activating button was an elevator to get you back up to a light bridge. Eventually realised that that action was not possible so just portalled into the area and put the button on the cube. Hey Presto a floor opening and blue funnel got me out. Fun to play

I liked it. Simple but fun.

Fairly easy, but not having to rush around was nice :)
