Nvm, seems as though this map is exclusively for survival.

That's strange... Because... I don't see Scavenge anywheres in the .txt file :l

@xanaguy nah it 100% worked when I originally uploaded the file. I test my maps/addons very rigorously ;)

If I had to guess, the addon's mission .txt file never included the scavenge game mode. If that's the issue, then it should be a quick fix.

@xanaguy - hmmm strange. I can only speculate that a update/change to the game broke scavenge mode. I haven't updated the map in like 3 years.
But I can try looking into this when I have some free time later this week.

For some odd reason, this map by default is unavailable for the scavenge gamemode. Are you able to provide a quick remedy?

To EvilGoodGuy, I just want to say how amazing this mod is! its so detailed and its by FAR The best survival map ive been in! I hope this message makes your day a little special!

could u make one where u travel into hell and the end is u wake up in the saferoom or something like tha it would be like a dream. U dont have to do it if u dont want 2 but it would be cool all the fire and lava too. And u might want to make the common infected demons btw. That would be a epic campaign! Dont u agree?? ***THIS IS NOT A REQUEST!! ITS AN IDEA 4 UR NEXT MOD.***

Great thanks. A few suggestions then (lol), more weapon choice in the bedrooms? Not 1005 on the build a barricade script - to me it just takes too long? Worked well without?? Jukebox doesn't seem to work, might be too close to book shelf? Store room with tall units in needs some items or weapons in poss? Just a few ideas anyway from playing your orginal map allot with friends! :D

hahaha ya, they are very much alive. The progress is just very inconsistent. Personally though, I work on the projects almost every day in some aspect.

This was an unexpected place for me to be pleasantly surprised by hearing Operation Black Mesa and Guard Duty are still alive and kicking.

with that being said though, is there anything you would like to see changed/added to the map?

That reminds me that I still need to re-upload it with the missing bathroom textures added haha.

I'm crazy busy with my work on Operation: Black Mesa and Guard Duty. But if L4D3 ever comes out I will definitely do a new version for the game. Plus my modeling skills have improved drastically since then, so I'm sure I would customize the hell out of it with a lot of custom assets.
