you have to type snd_restart in the console when in the menu for the sounds to work

The firing sounds work when you restart it, but there are no reload sounds.

This is not a "port". This is essentially you downloading the files and packing it into a .vpk. You have not changed anything. Did you ask the creator?

For me it has reloading sounds, don't know why, try verifying game cache.
