Yo i know this is a stupidly old thread and i know myself and you have talked over discord about this ship but ive never really seen the ship in star citizen this is based on until now and holy shit you did a good job. Forever missing your SE days but hey the devs have made it hard for folks like you

@gamaterian.01 The upgrades for the G.S.O. Anubis E MK-1 are coming along smoothly. New scripts have been added, as well as an almost complete overhaul of the ship's design. Lighter in weight compared to the older model, and more efficient placement of thrusters.

Currently setting up the LCD's, grouping blocks, etc. It's nearly finished.

@Gamaterian.01 No, nothing too complicated. But, I wouldn't pay too much mind to the current set up. As you can see the ship is going through a substantially large update.

Does the air venting (depressurize and pressurize) just use an oxygen tank that puts air in and out? Nothing too complicated?

The ship is currently undergoing its programming and testing phase, and I'm expecting it to be done shortly.

I've had a problem with simspeed and trying to get all the ships I want to include added to the graveyard world. As such I will not be using your ship now at this moment in time. I may use it in the future though, and will credit you as the creator and probably post a link here.

Thanks for allowing me to use your design though, it meant a lot to me!

Hi. I was wondering if it would be okay to use this ship as part of a Let's Play series. We will be crashing it into a host of other ships and having a shipwreck yard type set-up on a planet.
Considering the state of damage your ship might suffer, it may become unrecognisable. However I will be including a link in the description of the video, linking back here.
If you do not want your ship to be used, please get back to me ASAP as removing the ship after the crash is not going to be an easy task.

- Minor cosmetic changes.

- Script clean up.

- Installed a projector located at the rear of the ship. The purpose of this projector is to use a blueprint that will be uploaded to the collection that creates landing guides that extend beyond the ship. View the screenshots to see how it looks.

@Senlias Yes, it was definitely inspired by the SC Connie. Of course you'll have the hard-core butt hurts that complain, "This wasn't inspired, it's a 100% copy!!" Eh, to each their own opinion. Hope you enjoy the ship.

@Nightfather Check out the collection! I've published the Anubis Stealth MK-1 and it doesn't use many atmo thrusters. You can remove them without effecting the overall look of the ship. Smaller, crew of 8. Hopefully this suits what you're looking for.

@pitouofze62 The Hangar doors are not tied into the airlock script, but now that I mention it, it may end up that way. Also, the automatic door shutter shouldn't effect the hangar doors. However, I'll look into it tonight to see if I find the same problem and fix it.

It could be that I'm just dumb and I don't understand how it works, but whenever I try to open the hangar doors, they keep on automatically shutting, as if the script thought it was accidentally depressurized even if on a planet with breathable atmosphere! Is there something to do to keep them open?

@Mr. Bibbles hey again I seem to have noticed another problem with the great ship as when I spawn the ship in space it seems like the atmos airlock is operational while the space airlock seems to not work at all

@Mr. Bibbles I seem to have encountered a problem with your ships jumpdrives cause for some reason with or without fixed coordinates it doesn't seem to jump

@Mr. Bibbles its very good! but with one slight problem. nothing is protecting the entrance to the hanger. if this was on a server then all i need is a small ship and i could pelt the rear without worrying about returned fire. if you could place maybe two turrets to protect such a delicate part of the ship it would make it 100X better. especially with pirates having drones now

for my space exploration its a very lonley journey for me. but i do plan on eventually adding one or two other crew members. just need to wait for them to get the game :)

@NightFather I didn't have any plans since everyone's been hooked on planets, but I'll certainly add it on my list of ships to make. I've just finished the second one on my list of six. I don't mind making a personal build for you. Since I'll be starting the Stealth variant soon, I could make a separate version of it where it has nothing to do with planets for you. Do you plan on having a crew and how many?

do you have any plans for a ship that will not have anything to do with planets? my pc cant run them very well. so a asteroid exploration ship would be fantastic. i really do like your work

@NightFather Unfortunately there's not much I can do with the E MK-1. I've kept the interior as compressed as I could to minimize the amount of blocks on the ship. Due to how generally weak the vanilla thrusters are, the number of thrusters are needed to not only carry the ship's weight comfortably for players, but to also carry cargo and whatever smaller ships players place inside the hangar without restricting their capability of escaping gravity.

I know spotlights can cause lag, so if you want, try removing the ship's spotlights and see how that works for you. If that doesn't help, all I can suggest is to stay tuned for the release of the Anubis S (Stealth). It will be the smallest of the three variants for a smaller crew size. It'll be lightly-armored, faster, and more agile. It sacrifices cargo capacity, hangar size, and has less weapons, but it will contain less blocks. Perhaps it will suit your needs better.

@ Nightfather It's survival ready. Keep in mind that I haven't loaded it with much resources. I left that up to the subscribers to do on their own, seeing as how some may want to start with a lot or very little.

Lol It does have a lot. I wanted to conceal a lot of the thrusters, but a know there are players who enable thruster damage, so I took them into consideration. If anyone who disables thruster damage wants, I'll make a model where a lot of the thrusters are concealed for a cleaner look.

@ Herpederp It seems like when you initially spawn the ship in, the alarms won't work. From what I've tested, if you run the cycle one or two times with the airlock, it should fix the sound blocks.

@ Herpederp The Airlock sounds should be fixed now. As for the Medical room, I didn't find any problems. An updated blueprint is uploaded. If this problem continues, let me know. We'll hop onto a game and you can show me. I'm glad you like the ship.
