For the most part, they can be used interchangeably. There are a few rifles I'd consider mixing ammos to be potentially dangerous or simply bad for the rifle. For example, there was a police department in Pennsylvania, where I used to live, that had a rifle pretty much explode. They fed commercial Federal Premium .223 into a 5.56 AR while practicing at their range. The build-up of copper fouling at the bore lands led to increasing pressure until it hit about 150k psi and popped the barrel.
Also, the Swiss GP90 is technically neither .223 or 5.56 NATO, but SIGs will fire all of them well enough. Accuracy depends largely on the bullet weight (due to the barrel twist) and quality control.

But calibre for this rifle is 5,56 NATO and not .223 rem, I know thats nearly the same but I doubt you can efficiently use SIG 550 series rifle with .223 remington who is hunting ammo.
