To answer all you unaware idiots questions about downloading it.... You CAN'T download it and if you actually read the caption at the top of the TF2 Workshop banner you would see it says that when you submit items you get a chance to have them PUT INTO THE GAME. Next time, read the header.

I guess that means you have to buy this at the store...

Actually, since it already has the Genteel Pipe Smoke particle effect attached, the self-made version will be all messed up and have either a completely different particle effect, or none at all.
