Report a translation problem
It should definately not crash. It may be something else interferring with the mod (any other mods left in your data folder that always turns on), something wrong with your vanilla data.pack relating to AoC or incompatability with other mods.
Ok, the generals issue has been fixed for sure (i've tested it). No need to go back earlier saves, it is save game compatible.
Added Koursorses (medium) that can be upgraded to Kataphractoi (heavy) after researching chivalry. Drux's Guards can also be upgraded to Armoured Drux's Guards.
Tweaked unit availability and balance (combat and cost).
I can direct you how to make this change, if it helps and makes it easier:
Make this tweak using PFM (from Tw Center): . First, go to main_units_tables, and look for that campaign_cap column near the beginning. replace these with 0.
Could I make a request for a non-unit limit version of this mod? I like having the freedom to build what i want providing i have the cash :) also brings back fine memories of playing ME1 and 2 TW.

I've just added levy crossbowmen that can be upgraded to shielded crossbowmen after researching Master of Terrain.
Kataphractoi are now shock cavalry with short spears in charges. They will also use sword and shield in melee, and be able to use bows in long ranges. I've tweaked animations so that spears go on the back when they are in melee.
