Are any files being downloaded to your mod directory? if theatrumorbisterrarum_darkwater.mod and theatrumorbisterrarum_darkwater.zip are in your mod directory delete them, unsubscribe, restart steam resubscribe, try again.
If all else fails, there's still the manual download.

Doesnt work, tried restarting many times, disabled other mods, though they are made by you, tried enabling a couple of water colour mods, but to no effect.

Have you tried the deep blue water add-on? that might suit your taste.

it's a very dark, very grey blue when you use blue water+dark water.

Hm, it works fine on my end. Try disabling any other mods that might conflict with this one.

I like darker water, but I had to disable it because fleets paths are so hard to see... Couldn't you change their color to something more brightier, please?

Sorry for my vulgar language, what I ment was that I couldn't tell between the colours of Serbia and the Ottomans when I was playing as the Ottomans, otherwise it's a great mod and I'm using you revolutionary borders mod instead. I love it, but it's just kind of hard to tell colours up close without names when your colourblind. Love your other mods though.

I'm using the base mod and the more opacity add-on and this does not work for me.
I'm not using any other mods.

If you want help I'm gonna need some more info than that. Do you have the base mod? Are you using any other mods? A screenshot would also help.
