I see where you're coming from. You have some proportion and dimension issues. Shield too big. Sword too short. Your sallet helmet isn't working because it's too high. Try and size the weapons and shield to the wearer's body proportions.

Don't really like the sword, it looks like a dagger blown up to sword size. Like the helmet and shield though.

I dreamt of the day when we'd receive a waffle iron sword, and here it is. Great looking set I love the helm and shield. Hope to see more like it in-game.
