Why is there missing textures if i downloaded the packs?

The bank vault door wont open anyway to fix that.

@Turnox The server PERPheads (which the map is actually for) has this map and scripted the gates etc. for themselves only.

I have a problem on the map, the gates to the Police Department (Parking ) doesn't work.

and those in the fire station dosen't work

shortly Almost all the door dont open / wont work

Lamps with missing textures, water with missing textures. And when i downloaded the content part 2 it lags the game, shows an error and crashes, wtf?
And i have all the games. CSS, HL2 all episodes and Team fortress 2.
