Report a translation problem
Couple of things to try:
1. Do you have CS:S or the CS:S content? If not, try downloading and/or installing it before continuing. You don't have to buy the game as people have posted the content for download.
2. Try restarting your game. Often times issues like this can be resolved by doing this.
3. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing from the file.

On the map topic, you can add pylons/pillars in buildings to make them feel less empty, perhaps a mix of two should do a good work. Check out canyondam map so you'll see what I mean.
Also, I apologize for any hostility from my direction; it was a very valid and helpful suggestion.
And I do know how to use hammer.
