You need to spawn them using the Q menu then using an addon like "Perma Props", save them to the map.

Are these supposed to be made into world props or bought from the F4 menu? I cant seem to spawn them via Q either.

Hey Owjo, would it be okay if I configured your addon for our SWRP server and upload it back onto the workshop incase other SWRP servers want to use this to heal past 100 hp (Haven't actualy tested to see if it works but I wanted to ask permission to do this first before continuing). Of course I would be giving you full credit and I mostly want to upload this as our server uses a system that copies the file in our collection to add them into the server itself (I also don't trust the FastDL downloading it without errors).
