The reason why I didn't make it growable was because if the building was grown, it might grow too many instances of itself, making it look odd. Maybe in the future once I have more buildings of the same type modeled, could I make it growable. Perhaps I could make it growable now, but I am busy (school) at the present moment to do the conversion. Thanks for the suggestion anywho. ^^
