My staff keep leaving the evacutation point and they end up getting stuck behind the locked doors when I do lockdown, how do I fix this?

Is it also possible you can make a second evacuation mode that doesn't need the alarms for them to evacuate?

Could you make it to where the all staff evacuation does not affect emergency staff or guards? I want to evacuate all staff that can't fight during full scale riots, and since there is an emergency evacuation thing for emergency staff, and since they don't technically work at the prison, it shouldn't affect emergency people like paramedics, firefights, and riot people, along with the heli based varients and elite guys.

Sorry O5-01, that doesn't seem like an overwhelming balance issue to me - if you want to edit your version locally however, it's quite easy, the relevant variable should be in the LUA script for the alarm

Is this mod outdated? if not, Well you would think that a Loud blaring alarm would reach farther than 15 m, Could you make a version of this where 1 alarm reaches 100 m or something like that?

It is kinda unusable because when I call the fire dep. they evacuate when I want them to get to the fire

The prisoner Evac points work, but if it's outside the walls they'll escape. I put mine in the Yard, so they still get away from the flames.

On that note, it seems to be better to connect a power switch to the alarms, so you can right click it and they all evacuate.

Okay- I got mixed up with my torture mod. It's good it's working for you now, the game every so often does just refuse to work with certain mods. Good to clarify- this mod DOES NOT require you to research, despite what I may have thought before.

If you're using a graphics mod which hides the research, I'm afraid I can't help you- you either have to manually move the research box in the mod to where-ever will now fit (scripts can't account for this), or disable the graphics mod. Normally, when selecting research, you should be able to see it.

I wouldn't feel that bad- although I have a donate button, no-one has or is realistically going to donate. Also, although people like this mod, it wasn't really that much effort for me; it wasn't even my idea, I got it from a mod request.

yeah the guards normally have to move them, don't they? i dont believe they move themselves, I may be wrong though

You can order prisoners to go to places, exactly like guards. My mod usually exactly the same method as you right clicking, so it should also get them out of any problems.

works but having problems after, the prisoners are getting stuck in the walls and to get them unstuck i need to have a shake down which pisses the prisoners off

cant be another program (anything that is on when im play PA is PA itself and a taskmanager incase PA freezes and crashes) not another mod (mostly if not all either weapon swaps and visual changes)

It might not be your computer's fault- first, prison architect doesn't can't use multiple processors, so is an unusually slow game. It might also be another mod, or another programme entirely eating up your resources.

My code shouldn't be that resource intensive, apart from maybe when evacuating on big prisons- it's simply that prison architect can't handle much.

Is it normal that my game stutters and freezes every few seconds for .5 of a second? (I know it isn't that stupid autosave bug and its the fire alarms themselves)

Yeah, I made it myself, in a few minutes. To be honest, I'm not that good of an artist, so if I tried more it'd probably end up awful- as is, it kinda matches the mod, and wierd may not mean bad. It's special. Singular.
