This mod is really great. I only have one issue with it.
Lords from fallen factions never join my kingdom.

On my campaign, the lords of the factions wont leave there castles or cities. Is this a bug?

Never mind about last post but I had books and gears disappeared from my inventory twice. They were placed at bottom. I can see this mod hasn't been updated since 2016, so I guess forget it.

Is there website listing what horses and gears stats? Is there level 6 horses cuz I saw only up to level 4, so not to waste skill points?

How lords recruit their troops?

Guys do you know mod that makes AI lords stronger(I mean makes them able to use lot of top tier troops and etc

For some reason the troop tree isn't showing up... HELP

1. party size too low: I won 2 towns and have leadership of 5, and max party size is 104.
2. Can't shut off companion complaints.
3. Player faction always gets dogpiled by 3+ other factions.
4. No option to hold or follow at beginning of battle; whole army charges
5. Cavalry is not set to default "mount" so a lot of them get on foot right off the bat.
6. no option to increase party morale in taverns
7. old females don't look old
8. no map

how to use the repeating crossbow?

can I create patrols to patrol?

changed bandit spawns back to how they work in native. They were too powerful and keeping the NPC lords from doing what they should be doing. (This will take a few days in game to see the changes and you will have to still defeat the existing bandits that were there before the update)

Economy is very very unbalanced every town and village is very rich with no poor or average towns anywhere even after they are looted there is no impact.... plz fix

Health Bar showing marginal damage from spear to face? Totally Realistic.
Reloading and Saving? Totally Realistic.
Looting, burning, and killing all villagers; who pop back up to normal a week later? Realistic.
Lords being immortal? Realistic.
Bread that never spoils? Realistic.
Troops all gathering in huge mosh pits and fighting to the death? Realistic.

ive run into a bug where starting a new campaign does not rally any of your lords to your side. they just continue about their business and ignore your orders to follow

@Catalan Commando - I have not seen the body paint available anywhere in the game so far. It is not anything that I would want as armor is much better protection than body paint. I can say that there are many more types of weapons, armor, horses, and mercenaries available in this mod than in the vanilla game. This is my favorite mod so far, hands down. Give it a try and see how you like it.

Is all the equipment available? For example the woad raiders blue body paints and so on can be purchased in the town markets?
