MIght be a problem with your internet settings. Sometimes ISP can block Steam interaction.
I can only suggest to try another connection and check whether it works or not.

the items wont even load. its an empty list. Not even when i refresh

Hmm.. are you sure you have the correct steps?

1. Make sure to log in your steam account
2. Click the button "subscribe"
3. Open your game
4. Go to load machines
5. Click the steam icon
6. There are the machines you have subscribed to, click this one twice (fast) or click this one and then the load icon.
7. Have fun!

Redesigned the bomb bay since the new update makes grabbers work differently. It carry more bombs now.

Thanks Ross! Yeah that bombs mechanism should work in theory but not in Besiege. I'm also having a hard time figuring why these grabbers are not cathing the next bomb. Turns out you need two bombs.

Pretty neat! It's slow and pretty easy to control. I once built a machine with a similar bomb mechanism, but for a different reason. I was trying to have the bombs drop in such a way that only the bottom bomb hits the ground, while the others each fall to the next lower grabber. That way, you could drop bombs sequentially with only one button. I never could get it to work reliably, though.

Anyway, I enjoyed your blimp. Rated and faved!
