I love this park. I use it with every grammar school I build as the childrens play areas for the school.

2 'color' errors with this asset. Please update and repair. Love and have all your stuff I just can't play with errors.

Exactly what Ghostrider said - these two assets seem to be private assets.

I love this park and knew i had to use it in the castle i was building as soon as i saw it.

Funny that you say that they're based around playground in NY, cause I remember a school playground out by New Hartford I think it was that looked like this.

It's not too high tris count if you consider its size and the fact you'll only usually have one of this in your entire city.

Looks really nice, but too high a tris count on both main model and lod for me to get it. Not for a park at least.

@brandybrklyn 7.6k tris is not that much. What really matters is the LOD which is relatively low for a non growable.
