Two things I've noticed:
1.Enemy vampires use these spells against you. Not really a problem if you like a challenge cause on higher difficulties they get really strong and heal quite fast... turnes them into a mini boss.
2.The spells trigger the Windborn perk from ordinator that gives 30%attack damage and 15%movement speed for 15 seconds each time you shout and it stacks!
My god, I had so much fun with that after a bit of balancing with alchemy and enchanting.I wanted to feel strong, not too OP though so I kept some weaknesses.
After using up all my magic in battle I was so fast that nothing could keep up (which is how a master vampire should feel to be honest) and my "absorb magic sword" which I barely upgraded was so strong that I could kill higher lvl bandits on legendary with just a few hits. No need for fast travel too, just blast the low lvl spells to stack speed and run. So, if anyone reads this you might wanna try it. I had a blast!

This is a great update, now i don't need to be a vampire to get blood magic.

Yes, this version is designed to be compatible with them and interact with the frost modifier perks (like extra damage, extra effects and stuff)

Updated to interact with the Frost Perks, in order to allow it to scales with levels and be compatible with mods that change the destruction three, enjoy!

No that op, since doesn't drain all the damage, only a portion of it.
