This thing reminds me of the revolver ammo upgrade you got in Bioshock.

it's not a true Revolver (Search up Rusty Revolver, Councilman, or Deputy for true ones) but the HWNN Engineers will religiously use this.

engineer centric pistol or i quit TF2, I swear to god there is to many pistols, either unlock or reskin that the engineer and the scout share, we need a damage dealing weapon that doesn't rely on sentries like the Wrangler, this weapon has to be a engineeer only weapon....

This looks like a mini version of sentry gun. I think it is a good idea because when there is no sentry, maybe you can defend yourself from the enemies while retreating.

It's a really interesting idea for a revolver based weapon for the Engineer. Granted Valve wished to stay away from revolver based secondaries, I would genuinely love this to be included in the game as it's not just a revolver: it's an Engie-fied revolver with a bullet belt similar to a minigun.
The battery concept is a nice method of keeping the pistol clip animation. Now whether the pistol actually runs on bullets like the Scattergun or runs on metal for fuel like the Widowmaker and Short Circuit remains to be seen but I would not mind this being in the game. Though it looks like it would take a slightly offensive/support angle on the Enginer.

I really want dis in Tf2 for the sniper secondary slot or third.
