Fairly significant. v4 has a sewer system that goes under most of the map, an extra residential district, some QoL changes, and a couple area reworks

I disagree. This looks really apocalyptic. I wish youd make the city larger! its awesome! one of the greatest one imo! hope for for destroyed apartments. looks super cool.

One more thing, it'd be better if you expand some of the 'fake' or senic buildings so you can actually enter them

I would also highly reccommend removing the blank black textures, and adding a skybox, but other than that it's great!
