(I'm a brand new player, so I know this question may not make sense.)
Tip for anyone else selectively deleting stuff: look for expansion notches; but use overview for discoveries - they're missing notches.
The collection used this priority system:
1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.
Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.
Thanks for your hard work!
Warn of the Tiles, the middle isnt been positioning rightly, i was thinking into getting all the components and move to another table to see if its a problem with the table itself.
Starting hexes are in each race's envelope with their playerboard. And no, there is currently no way to remove expansion modules except manually. I started working on a scripted setup, where you could choose which modules from which expansions you wanted to use, but ended up giving up due to my lack of scripting knowledge
@Hexpl0rer. I´m just about to finish 3 games on Ipad with a couple of players so its possible. (only 3 of 6 players left) I think people tend to forget taking their turn or has trouble loggin in. I for one part need to restart the game often because it crashes or looses connection in the Online menu.
Let's see if we can round up some others to get a game going. I've been wanting to play a full game for a while now.
For the Influence Discs, it's easy to copy/paste them when those techs are acquired. I thought about turning the Advanced Robotics and Quantum Grid tech tiles into bags with the discs inside, but I figured that might cause confusion trying to move/place those tiles, so I just left it to the Host to copy/paste them when needed.
As for Turn Order, this is another Host option. If Hosting, Options-->Turns gives you a menu where you can set turn direction.
As for the rulebooks, I just went through them and couldn't find any missing pages. Which pages were you not seeing? The "cards" are 2-sided. If you flip a card as you pull it off the stack, the next page is on the backside, so you can effectively read it like a true book.
The turn order marker is there, but how do you reverse the turn order in TTS?
Re-counted the rep tiles. Indeed, I am missing a 4 - got that added in. Can't believe I never noticed this after all the games I've played. The Anomalies are shuffled by the randomizing zone upon loadup, you just peel off the top two. I kept meaning to remove the extra mutation bags from the Octanis bags, it just slipped my mind. Got that done too. Thanks for bringing these to my attention.
The rest all just seem like personal setup preferences that not everyone would want. Sticking with the default setting of "I want everything on my burger." If a player doesn't like onions and pickles, I leave it to them to scrape them off. Feel free to set up your preferences, and create a savegame to load when you host.
If anyone knows scripting, I'm pretty sure I could use that to create buttons to add each module to a vanilla setup without all the extra setup time. If anyone would like to show me how to use scripting to do that, I'd love to learn
