This mod CRASHES when the Era changes. Deactivating this mod allows you to continue playing.

just gonna inform everyone that this mod is partially broken, like Iron not spawning at all in the new world while spices and that stuff does

its easy changing the supporting version to 1.29 and the mod works but it probably breaks some parts so that might be it, still an update would be nice so that doesnt even happen in the first place

I just tried it and the Vinland and Yingzhou didn't work right. They both came up but the things you made for them weren't there. Is there something I should on my end?

The forming of the HDL causes instant crash, be warned. If you want your game to not crash later on in the game, don't use this mod.

Will you consider making a "golden" city event much like what the conquistadors thought the mayans had ? Like just make it an even that gives you something like 10K gold and has 1% chance of spawn

@Mama Shrek Those tags will update to their mod versions within one month of the game being run (it occurs via decision)

When my RNW loaded it spawned Vinland and it was largely the Vanilla version I believe, especially the flag. I haven't looked at the change logs since the last millennia so idk if you removed that feature if this is just a straight bug. Thanks!

Tried to form Obsidian Empire but something feels off. My previous tag still exists and holds the capital and all the provinces with out a core. Also I lost all the reforms. Is it supposed to work like this?

Hey all, I'm back! I've updated the mod, though nothing has actually changed - it looks like it's worked fine all this time. If you do notice any bugs, let me know - I'll be active for the foreseeable future, so I should be able to fix anything that comes up. Cheers!

PS - I'm aware of the issue with the formable empires losing their randomly generated ideas. I('m not sure if this can actually be fixed, but I'm looking into it.

I've been using this mod a lot over the past few weeks, even making multiple new worlds in the attempt, but i still haven't seen yingzou or vinland appear as nations in the new world. Is there something wrong with my save or mod? I only have this mod downloaded and enabled (all dlc are also owned)

Update: Changing the mod version number fixes the launcher hating it. It seems to work completely fine -- I'm going to assume all of the bugs people have listed over the past couple of pages exist, but aside from that you can get big chunky RNG continents with this mod and the current version of the game.

If anyone else cares, it appears that this mod actually still works with the current version of the game.

The game is weird and completely greys out the start button in the launcher if you have this mod selected (alongside some other older mods), but for whatever reason the "continue last save" button right next to it wasn't disabled for me. I hit that, the save failed to load but it put me at the menu screen with the mod enabled. I've generated 5 random new worlds and they all have tons of landmass, and the mod is showing as enabled in the main menu.

I'm assuming updating the version number might make the game load it without greying out the start button, but I haven't tried yet.
