I really like the design. Sadly the nightlights are a bit brutal and the building really needs a custom lod.

Just a little note: It doesn't make sense to publish a 3x4 version when there is a 3x3 version. The game will automatically expand the front or backyard.

You just need one version for every plot width, with the minimal possible depth (in this case 3x3, 4x3).

Also, can you add some information about tri count, texture resolution, LOD and a night screenshot? Thanks!
