Scenarios can only be created for routes available through Steam, or routes submitted and finalised on the workshop. Western Mainlines is only available via Just Trains and is therefore not compatible.

I also don't own any portion of Western Mainlines, so haven't created any scenarios for it.

many thanks sir, can you spare me two mins and explain why you cant, i am sorry to ask, but i am new at this. i have quite a lot of your senario's, and i love driving them all. keep up the good work, and you just might see something from me in the near future

You won't find any scenarios for Western Mainlines on workshop, its not a workshop compatible route.

you can now do paddington to plymouth, with penzance coming out soon on just trains. can never find any senario's for the western mainlines on workshop, i have loads of ideas, but dont know how to make senario's up.

if you really want to do Paddington - Penzance buy and download Western Mainlines from Just Trains. You can do the London Paddington to Exeter leg of the journey in 1 go.
