Unless there was a update on the synergy's workshop im not aware of...

Synergy's Workshop is infamous for his "Quality"
Subscribing to a mod SHOULD always work, but the mods aren't recognized at first by the game
Try reinstalling the addon or restarting the game until it works
This is not a problem of the mod is caused by the workshop itself.

Lord Dex, yes i might have found something. one i re-installed it, i decided to up my resolution in the video settings, if you set it to the mass resolution ( wich is 13 something to like 900 something i think), it showes a select model button at the bottom left corner of the player model box, if you select it in the begining of the game, its will save your model. I BELIEVE. im not positive but it worked for me. Give it a try i guess to see if it is a soulution!

This is a very common problem in the synergy workshop
try reinstalling again
