And you'll also have this in the .qc
$include "modelname_$DeclareSequence.qci"
The qci file is provided here [sites.google.com] as well as another tutorial on how to do the proportions trick. There are also some steps including removing any $sequence lines in the .qc file that exactly match the lines in the .qci.
