Well it looks more like the portrait, but I'm still not feeling the textures. I really don't like that Indigo/purple color you choose... It throws off the feel, & reminds me of a type of playdo.

Perhaps you could give the armor a more dusty/dirt texture to it, so it looks like he's been around some soil, & give the gem/crystal a more rock feel. It just looks like plastic or something.

The loading screen isn't very representative of how the set seems to look in game, especially in the color department. While it might just be the lackluster in-game shots, the armor and crystal appear to be extremely gaudy, and the set as a whole would work better if it matched the blueish steel look of the loading screen instead of the in-your-face color it has now.
