Honestly never tried surf until CS2. This map DEFINITELY shouldn't have "beginner" in its name. It should be called "surf_skill_tutorial" or something... "surf_utopia_njv" is WAY less frustrating to a beginner.

This map could be good if there wasen't 382843 problems.
You get stuck to your teamets if you die at the same time & then you get banned from the server eventually if you suicide too much because you need to respawn everytime you get stuck.
So much commands you need to insert as well before playing the map.
Fix the problems & it would be a good surfing map for beginners <3

Adding tips in the game, or a tips command would make this a better workshop map. I have no clue how to surf and just spent way too long trying to figure it out without a google/youtube search.

Hold W and A / D depending on which side you're on of a ramp. If you're on the right side, hold A, and if you're on the left side, hold D. Please also remember to set sv_air_max_wishspeed to 10000 for practically unlimited airspeed.

I can't do this without the knife and with bots. I tried.

If you forgot to, you'll need to activate your console. Go to:
Settings
Game Settings
At the bottom of the top menu has the console enable feature. Set it to Yes.

By the way, I can't surf while not holding W. Idk why.

The second level was really, really easy. Almost as easy as the first one.

If you can't pass the second level, you can't surf as a WHOLE! I'm a beginner to surfing, and the second level was EASY!!!

I finished the entire map. It's a beginner's map.

Everybody's saying the second level is difficult but it's actually pretty easy.
