And I know Sega actually doesn't have a problem with it -- a couple of SFM videos with Sonic were shown off on their Twitter page before.
Honestly i'd had never edited a model besides retexturing, but i want to learn on making custom models in the time being. There is going to be an update on darkshadow soon, however i can stress the fact of having to see a bunch of reskins and or the exact same model being posted over billions of times like mlp and fnaf that had overflowed the steam workshop.
If Apoc Hedgie had any kind of problem for this model being released on the steam workshop, i will take this down personally.
Except if and only if the model was 100% from scratch, in that case yes i ask a permission for releasing the edited stuff, otherwise I still edit that stuff but keep it for privat use.
I'm not a fan of the fact to simply reskin a model already available in the workshop, unless you do one and only one big pack with all your reskin inside that you can update later, in order to keep the workshop clean, otherwise that remind me the FNAF invasion of these past week (and let's hope this shit is over...).
?????
Being the co-author of that Sonic pack, I'm not gonna complain about this reskin being on the Workshop, it's up to Apoc Hedgie.
