does this break the balancing in vanilla?

Here's a mod you could do : one giving some barbarian factions' units (frankish Herbann, Lombardian Godan's chosen, goths, hunnic horse archers...) to the Western Roman Empire. The foederatti unit is kinda boring and the choice of hired barbarians frm hordes in roman territories is poor. I just ask the ability for the WRE to recruit some barbarians through their infantry, cavalry and archery barracks.

Posted the mod you requested, it only makes Segittarii unlocked for WRE, considering they upgrade to Segittarii already for ERE from segittarri. Hope this is what you meant, if you want anything changed or added please let me know:)

@Niklas Oh okay, yeah I don't use Radious mods. I'd love to have my low level cities and towns have armoured sagittarii in their garrisons! Both Roman Empires would be fantastic! I really appreciate your time and effort on this :)

@Artoarias yea, it is easy. but with caveat that it may interfere with blance mod such as Radius etc.
If you want me to do it, it will be a seperate mod so that ppl that use radius can still use this mod, do you want it for Western Roman or both?

@Niklas Do happen to know of a way to alter the W Roman city garrisons units' Saggitarii to Armoured Saggitarii? That would be outstanding if its possible!

@LahnaKala[FIN] they are all vanila units no point in posting screens, when you can easy launch the game an check them out, if you don't want to start the game for what ever reason.
