Notice that w_model phy seems odd. You will pick up this item even you point somewhere near by, kind annoying.

However, I know this is a very old mod. Hope you would port MAS 49 with APX scope form Rising Storm 2: Vietnam someday.

BUG: If you shove immediately after shooting the effect animations start all over again.
ANNOYANCE: While reloading your flashlight disappears. Can't be used in competative.

There seems to be some issues with this mod.

1st issue: Weapon clips through objects, such as tables and walls.

2nd issue: There seems to be a problem with the sound. Each time I shoot, there's a slight screaching noise.

Sounds keep blipping even after snd_rebuildaudiocache any other way to fix it?

I tried deleting the sounds file but the models stoped working ingame afterward. :steamsad:

When i decompiled this, i noticed that the front end of the gun contains both the MAS-49 and MAS-49/56 components (although they got the barrel length wrong on the 49/56). Could make a good randomized weapon.

There's a loud screeching sound after every shot. It's loud enough where it renders this mod unusable.

The sound probably isn't glitched. Open up the consol in-game and type snb_rebuildaudiocache. It'll take a while but it should fix the problems ya'll are having.

As mr. knight of death already mentioned, the sound is broken. Try to add some mute seconds to the sound file. Textures could be a bit more detailed. Animations are just perfect.

I love the look of the weapon overall but I feel like it wouldve been better on a different animation set, i can tell just but the screenshots there is clipping with the weapon model and floating hand areas on the gun,i dont know if there is a different animation set it can be rigged to but i would strongly reccomend looking since i know this animation set well and it isnt the best

I managed to do it but unless I was forced to change the Arm button
as you can see the arming button is located below
at the receiver level
like fingers animations do not reach
I was forced to the shortcut
