@LSDiamond, oops I read your comment wrong. I thought you said "Made a longer one" as in "I made ..." It's totally possible to make a bigger one, but the patterns would become more and more inaccurate, because you have to round the numbers. The video IRL used 15, and I thought it looked nice, so I used 15 too :)

@kittyboxer1, I haven't tested it, but the ballasts are quite heavy, so it should be able to cause some havoc in the peasant village :)

@Joe, I thought beforehand that calculating it would take the longest time, but it turned out to be pretty simple. The building wasn't as simple as I had hoped, I had some working concepts but they didn't work as well as this one. I had to move some stuff and in the end I got this. It took one Saturday morning.

Perpetuum mobiles aren't that hard in besiege because unpowered wheels have no friction.

@Phantom, it will probably stop after a long time, but it has almost no friction, so it should keep going for a while. After 4 minutes though, they will start de syncing more and more.
