@Tyrant, i always delete previously downloaded assets exactly to test download links, so this is not the problem. But, recently, I have added SSL to gurpzine site (https instad of http). I have changed URLs from "http" to "https" now. Please try again. If this doesn't work maybe gurpzine has some weird restriction to other countries.
