Hello qawori! The map used in our screenshots is our test bench for cape gauge and won't be released to the public. A different map is planned to be made with proper cape gauge which will be released to the public.

Hello Shadowmus! I assume that you're talking about the "Yo5000" model. It certainly would be possible to model into, but the issue arrises in the representation of the real counter part. We'd like to keep our models as close to the real thing as reasonably possible, so we won't be adding a door or removing the guard plates from either end. Let me tell you more about the "Yo5000" and why we won't be making any changes to it as of now. The ヨ5000 (Yo5000) is a japanese type of crew car on freight trains used by the former Japanese National railway. In short, it's basically a caboose.

I really like the small 4-wheeled passenger carriage, though I do wish there was a small door on either end of the balcony so the conductor could theoretically walk from carriage to carriage. Is it possible for that to be modeled into those?

Hello @PowerTrain, it's a great idea! The main issue is that there are just too many different variations for each locomotive type the JNR had and exported. I'd recommend either making your own ingame or modelling some yourself for specific projects. PS, please post your question in the discussion thread next time. 😀

you're best getting extended spawnmenu - it gives a sound browser, a material browser, and even adds the legacy addons folder for those nostalgic people (trying not to advertise but to help)

no, what is the NAME. Theres a glitch that downloaded sound packs dont show up and i know how to fix it, i just need what the file is called in the sound browser.

Go to the soundemitter or in the e2 tool and look for train sound pack 2 folder. it shuld be almost all the way down in the list and klick it.
