if it's about the ship itself then yes but not the frigate itself. you'll have to use the smaller planetary crafts to fly to the surface of a planet to explore. otherwise you'll crash with the big ship ;)
If you ask about it being survival ready then, from my understanding survival ready means that a ship already comes with all the necessary supplies inside the crates and reactors so that it's basically ready to use, in a survival situation and if that's the case then NO it's not survival ready HOWEVER it's very much survival friendly ;)
Every component is connected and wired together inside the ship
I do really hate it when steam doens't answer and then suddenly you've done something you shouldn't have done...............
I accidently deleted your comment.. sorry about that :P
In the mean time: After you have detatched the small ship then access the connector on the ship (there is only one of them) and then turn that connector off. then you should be able to fly away. Hope that helps :)
if you go into one of the smaller planetary ships you should be able to see a button-panel with some yellow buttons on it. (The button-panel i'm talking about should be right besides the flight-seat)
If you look at one of the buttons you can see a little text message that explains what this button do.
To give a little hint... if you press the button that is closest to the flight-seat you will disconnect the small ship from the big ship.
If you then press the button that is next to the first one i was talking about before you will turn on/off the hydrogen thrusters.
So what you need to do is, when you start op at the main menu.. you go into the workshop menu and then it should appear on the list :P
and i got all the mods
