Good luck. Beyond installing AML outside of Program Files, in case UAC interferes with its operation, I've no other ideas. Maybe worth raising an Issue [github.com]

No. By updating this to WoTC it'll have busted the appearance of models in the base game, I believe. I think people were saying that most items worked in WoTC, just the earrings did not. I think that's how it'll be for vanilla now.
I guess since there is no "body tattoo" category, you'd have to add it throug an armour torso option...
*sigh*
@ Seth Norris & Fareang : Would it be possible to get a version of the female long hair without the Jack-specific tattoos? AFAIK, these are the only new hairstyles available for XCOM 2 and having one I could use on some other troops would be appreciated.
