@BlueRaja Thanks, I understand that was true years ago - when I last played, at least. If there were no patches released (which I doubt as it's a very old title), it should still be true, so no update is needed. Good stuff, thanks!

@Csimbi The Github link is in the description. However everytime I've looked into claims that the mod is broken, it turns out they were either having other issues, or misunderstood what the mod does.

I asked years ago about how this mod was built, so I could have fixed it years ago. No know-how, no fix.

For all people having issues thinking this mod is not working, check if Zip Mode is enabled or not in Gameplay settings.

I reinstalled the game recently and this was toggled off, causing me to think the game was running 'sluggish' and thinking this mod was not functioning.

So many entitled people in these comments. Why don't one of you fix the mod if its so easy?

I think the speed up of the avenger works
but enemies still point for no reason after their turns

Can confirm it does not work for me either, on a clean install with the alternative launcher and only this mod activated. Still getting every animation.

Might be unrelated to yours as I do have a few other mods, tho for some reason the 'animation' for any of the drones doesnt work anymore, it just shows the person as the drone flies off doing its thing before continuing the game like normal - any ideas or other mods to fix or even just skip all some of the cinematics in missions?

@BlueRaja Tried with AML instant crash although I'm not trying with a new game.
2017 was the last update soo its understandable, ppl using 100+ mods from 2020 upwards sooner or later will run into conflicts with this mod. Great idea tho.

@Treeky It definitely still works. The comments below either misunderstand what the mod does, or are having issues with the default mod launcher not enabling mods (try the community "alternative mod launcher" instead)

Doesn't seem to work, only this mod loaded and enemies still take seconds after shooting, missing, getting revealed, etc.

@ISpamRetardedStuff if it's not showing up in AML, that means Steam hasn't downloaded it yet. Try restarting Steam

I'm using the AML but this doesn't show up in the game, not even on the mod menu.

Does not seem to be doing anything when playing lwotc, game works but everything feels like its running at normal speed

Not reducing time anymore, enemies and my units still pause for 5 secs doing nothing then end turn.

xcom creators are very dramatic with slow motion shooting
