how to make this mod word with wotc？

ive deleted the comman infront and it shows as

For those who can't find it, it is directly inside the Steamapps file, probably not in XCOM's file (I couldn't find it inside it even with the search bar) use the search bar within the steamapps file and it may appear. It can take a couple minutes for some odd reason for it to appear

I can build the vest, and I can see it in the inventory,but when I try to equip it to a solder, the vest never shows in the list of the solder's equip-sable list,why?

Can I make multiple vests? I want to make like an A team of veterans and they're just stat max'd more or less to whatever their class is.

It would be nice if this came with several different vests, allowing for vests with multiple different configurations of stats at once.

@Killer23 I think I know why. For some reason, anything that boosts your soldier's Will will actually reduce it by that amount. This makes any item that boosts Will more hurtful than helpful. The easiest way to fix this is to remove the Will bonus you get from the vest.

everytime i use the vest,all my soldiers comes back at max fatigue,can you explai why?

@bambambeans try going to steamapps and then "workshop", "content", and peep through all those. one of the numbers in content is xcom and one of the numbers in that number is this mod. it won't say .ini at the end of the file, but it is NOT the .Xcommod

SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\xxxxx\xxxxx just look for the mod folder there. I had to check one by one too.

Since the new launcher I can't get this to work with WOTC.
I tried the below instructions but there is no "XComGame/Mods" folder for me to put it in.
Any help would be appreciated.
(I legit HATE the new launcher for messing this up)

Here is how I managed to get the mod to work in WOTC and confirmed that the stats you edit in the ini will appear in-game. First, I unsubscribed from the Workshop mod and downloaded the Nexus version. (I'm not sure if this step is required) Extract the mod and put the CheatVest folder in Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods (I know that's not the WOTC folder)
Now go to
Documents\My games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\Config\XComModOptions.ini
and under
[Engine.XComModOptions]
enter the line
ActiveMods=CheatVest
Save the file, then make it read-only. The game will remove the line if you don't. Now the vest will be available like it should and has all the stats you set in the mod's ini file. Make sure the mod is checked on the manage mod screen, even though it has the warning saying it's not compatible.

If this mod is not available, can try to delete this mod folder from workshop folder and download it again, I fixed this problem form this way

Doesn't work with WOTC. It appears in the launcher but not in-game (To buy at engineering)

I also can't find it in-game. I researched hybrid materials, checked all the engineering tabs, and just don't see it.

Where can this be bought? I have edited the files alright and everything just isnt showing up in the build items menu. Am i missing something?

@TeeJaaY Quit crying. Maybe ask some questions if you don't know how to use mods. I don't know how to mod very well and through effort, have made multiple personal use mods using this one as a template. If you can not handle a simple mod, how are you going to handle life?

pity this thing dosnt work at all. just gives 1 health and lowers mobility. lame. no way to alter it or actaully make it uselful. crap mod dont use.
