Oh no, I have expected the IG the space marine, but not the =][=

But does it add an exterminatus option when you're about to lose to the xeno corruption? Asking the real question here.

Yeah the unit weight determines how often they appear, I just made all the unit weights 500 so that they will pretty much be the only flags appearing, but if you want them to be extremely rare or just be selectable by you for an elite squad, reduce it accordingly.

Okay, I think I may have found it: changing the UnitWeight= value in XComGameBoard.ini under the various countries seems to heighten or lower the probability of what country a recruit has a chance of spawning under.

Is there any way to use this and not have the random generated soldiers show up with this country/flag? The reason I'm asking is because I want to use these for my best characters to give them a bit of flavour by creating special squads (with this flag, for example, being the emblem of that squad) :-]

Yep that's right, gunna pack them up into an Imperial Forces mod or some such name and the same for Chaos Legions, I just release 'em as I finish them and then combine it all together.

Once all those flags are ready, a new packed flags collection mod will be upcoming i believe.

Right lol, I understand your frustration and I too would love to see some quality Warhammer 40K models put into the game or just more good Warhammer 40K stuff out there. I would do it myself but right now the most I'm capable of are flags/tattoos and possibly some camos, very basic stuff.

nah.. sorry.. not meant you personally to do it.. its fine that you do what you can do and the flags are nice.. i actually try to work on a space marine class just now, but i fail hard :( (not the models, just skills/class). hope someone else is better than me, because i want wh40k content really hard. i miss chaos gate :/

You're welcome to download the Mod Tool and have a crack at it, I have yet to learn how to implement all the textures/weapons and whatnot, I hope you realise I'm not getting paid to do this nor are you forced to download these mods. I'm just doing this as a hobby making these for my personal use but sharing it so that anyone who wants to, is welcome to use it as well.
That being said if you have a tutorial then please link it and I'll see what I can do.
