Design is awesome, love the look and the capabilities! Can I upload a design based on the Rapier that operates in space, rather than in atmosphere?

I don't know for sure if the experience is exactly the same, but this is still fantastic fun while using Draygo's Aerodynamic Physics mod. Probably the most fun vehicle in the game besides ICB166's Flea.

I watched this on youtube, this was a very cool use for the Aerodynamics mod rather than having them faciing out kept them along the side

I used this concept as well for a fighter i built and it tutned out great

espically with the wing mounted rockets and Longbows :P

Just a suggestion.

You can have it carried by a dorp ship or a carried that have ground facing hangers, so a lot of them could be dropped down vertically, and quickly accelerate to a high speed using gravitational pull.

tweaks list:
1) add a working canopy
2) swap standard turbines for tiered variants
3) swap some reactors for hydrogen reactors
4) add single block solar power cells
5) swap out stock guns for 23 mm quad guns
6) add an armored small cargo container for underbelly cargo access
7) repaint it

This is my favorite fighter design ever. I love fighters that handle like real aircraft, with most thrust down and forward, like the Broadhead Fighter , but this one absolutely blew mw away. Keep up the good work, and I know what your super-special-secret aircraft landing method is. Ta.

when i saw you post the video about this on youtube, i was blown away with the stunts and the tunnel flight. this is a must have for me

This is a really cool fighter design! Do you think something like this could be useable in the Group Survival? I can just see you three flying side-by-side, pulling off some crazy moves whilst skimming the surface of the planet... but hey, that's just my imagination. XD

Still though, awesome design. Looking forward to trying it out (and possibly crashing it) myself. :P

yeah man, I'd been doing the same but give the pure sideways thing a try, truely makes a unique handling craft when combined with some good thrust :)

that ship is awesome wasted. ive been using the wings sideways like that on my builds for a while, but normally with forward facing wings as well, going to have to give this one a go
