Report a translation problem
2. Go down to the time line (Green bar at the bottom) and make sure its set at 0.
3. Press the space bar, let it play for a sec. Should appear.
Best advice I can give you is to double check that you are looking under the right folders ("Workshop\Particles\"). Or restart all 3 things I mentioned above.
So here is an extremely simple watered down instructions.
1. Lower the speed in "Velocity Noise"
2. Mess with the drag under "Movement Basic"
3. Increase lifetime to compensate for lower movement
