if this fixes the problem then the stupid devs need to fix there launcher
the launcher is different from last time i played a while ago and all of the mods that r for normal xcom2 that also still work for wotc r just gone when im in game but r there in the launcher.

It should be NodSoldierVoicepack.XcomMod and not NodSoldierVoice.XcomMod

I manually repaired the file name, but not all can do that.
