The surface for the fling doesn't always let me actually open a portal, and it's hard to tell what elements the buttons are connected to. in the first room, you can't see the door open when you're standing on the button so you won't know that's what it does, and in the second room, the button by the door opens the door, but the one before it? I currently have No idea

Just My Luck, first time i booted this it didn't start properly and i was stuck in an elevator in the dark void, but maps made in hammer can be so strange and novel that i fully thought this was intended and gave myself an anxiety attack trying to find a way out. im taking the stairs next time

Portal panel that you jump in to in the second area (the one that is a single panel near the door) broke after the first time I used it and I couldn't place a portal on it again. Reloading the level from the menu didn't fix it. I can't load directly from Part 3 either or I'll be stuck in the elevator. I'll probably have to start over from Part 1 and work my way back there.

So far I'm enjoying but just thought you might want to know.

Pit in the floor? Rather say floor in the pit with the amount of holes :p I agree with you on that the 'broken' style is the coolest, I like that style too. I found some weird textures that looked misaligned but for the rest it was a nice map to play through. I also loved how you did the tractorbeam delivery station (just a hole in the wall, but let's give it a nice name)!

I hope you continue making more maps so you can get better and better, I'll be watching you :)

If you're aiming for reconstruct theme, then I'd say you did a good job. The purple hued env_fog gave it nice touch. The brightness on the floor in the first room was a bit much. I know white is bright, but maybe push the light entities higher up. Other than that, it had a nice bit of logic that wasn't too frustrating, or too easy.

Btw, others mentioned it being a bit difficult portaling that pit panel. It's a bit narrow, but info_placement_helper would fix that.

It seems to be related to the button which breaks the force field.

Also when I went back through the door from the 2nd room from the 3rd, the door will close behind me which is kinda annoying when I was trying to figure it out but I did in the end after killing my self.

Those issues aside, great map.

@Link in the room where the exit is in a pit, I can't throw a portle on the one panel at the bottom until I restarted the map. Not sure what I did to make that happen unless it's random.

I had to restart a several times to get the map less glitched and had some major freakouts in the last part until i noticed how to finish actually.. very nicely done!

Nice clean style map.....the fling to the upper cube area was a bit tight - needed to place portal high and then crouch to hit above the edge...could make it a bit more forgiving ... otherwise nice map....thanks for creating.
