Changing the pack size of the diving tank is the same process, just change the pack size by looking for this line of code in the Diving_Tank.dat file
Width 2 <--- this is the amount of inventory slots going across
Height 4 <--- this is the amount of inventory slots going down
to
Width 8 (you can make this number anything up to 20 if you like)
Height 7 (you can make this number anything up to 20 if you like)
These changes would work in single player and on servers if the files are altered in the same way. proof is seen here https://youtu.be/myRc2gqdzQI
But to make these stand alone items that could be used seperatly to the vanilla Diving Tank and the Diving Snorkel to add to the steam workshop you would need to get the .unity3d files of both the Diving Tank and the Diving Snorkel.
