Well those knuckleheads send me and my squad in to a hornets nest...we were able to complete our tasks but lost 3 good men because of that poor partrol work.

Again nice mission like the first one. Working fine with ASR AI.Liked the little "hill suprise".

I had a lot of fun with this scenario. By the end I'd lost half my squad and my guy was gasping for air, but it felt fair and balanced. No bugs or other issues to report. :steamhappy:

Thanks for playing. I apologize for disappointing you with the objective marker placement. The marker is placed to simply indicate the general direction to proceed; due to the game being so open and non-linear I expected most players would pick their own path into the area and the objective will complete regardless of which direction you enter the area from. Players are not required to walk straight at the marker for the objective to complete as you're suggesting. Once again I apologize for any disappointment I caused you with objective marker placement.

This was a cool little mission. I really enjoyed it, thanks!

I wish the Enter AO marker was a little closer to the road, however. From studying the topography it seemed more logical to keep pushing down the road from where the IFV stops, and enter the Red Zone from the south. Not only is that where the king of the high ground is and the most likely position for an encampment, we have to walk all the way back to the vehicle anyway so might as well work your way back :P

I did lose #3 (AT Rifleman) in the final assault on the hill. Not due to the Technical, that thing didn't have a chance. 3 blew it up as soon as someone else was calling contact. He did awesome. But an enemy AR at the top of the hill got him before my nade could save the day. I made 2 the new AT Rifleman and grab his shit cuz all he could do was talk on a radio :P

After 5 attempts, watching a few youtube videos and pulling my hair out with a lot of trial and errors I finally beat this mission! And learnt a lot about how to approach single player missions and commanding ai.

Thanks for playing. The difficulty settings are located in your options, I did not put anything in the mission that would modify the difficulty from whatever you have it set to in your settings.

They are hidden, so they won't show up until you figure them out and complete them. But I can give you a hint. Wouldn't it be a shame if the FIA lost their means of transportation while you were clearing the camps? ;)

Really great scenario. Fast-paced with action and with beautiful sunset behind my back :D Combined with new Eden SFXs this is really epic mission.

I apologize if the difficulty level was too high. I can recommend adjusting your AI settings manually through the settings menu to try and gain the upper hand on the enemy units, however adjusting those settings will also effect your friendly squad-mates as well.
