No a contributor of skins does not get his own skin (in any condition or variation).
The AWP Worm God I own was a gift from a fan and it was super awesome to me to get that - I did NOT get that from Valve.
A contributor gets a so called Prototype Key that can not open any cases (even though it states so at the item description). This Key is not tradeable - not sellable and can not be turned into gems - it is just a digital token for yourself. And of course you get your % share of the sold keys from the case your skin was put into.

If your willing to answer, when you get a skin accepted in-game, do you get that skin for free or does you have to buy it yourself with your community profits?

@Meta Breakers: no I did not upload this on DeviantArt - as far as I know it would be a violation of the contract on steam you sign (when publishing a skin) to put the design up for sale on a different online platform (could be wrong though but I am not gonna screw around)

I currently have a trigon p90, and its almost like this is a evil twin brother to it, and i must say if this comes out im trashing my trigon right away to make room for this baby!
