There should be a more bloodied, battle-worn look to it.

Stats:

+Does more damage to heavies (because of the commie part in the promo poster)
+Reload speed increases upon every successfull kill
+Random crits upon killing a heavy
-5% slower movement speed

It should be like a heavy duty weapon, slow to fire and reload, but powerful if it hits, maybe the stats could be
20% larger explosion radius
20% more knockback from explosions
-15% slower projectile speed
-33% clip size
-15% reload speed
Rockets cannot be reflected

Is this suppose to be a reskin are does it actually have great buffs to counter other classes?
If it's a rare reskin screw this weapon I had enough with reskins from the gun mettle and tough break updates but if it has a well balanced amount of buffs then this weapon can be welcomed to the TF2 community any time.
