What was cool was the reaction: "oh you built those in Cities Skylines?" Apparently word had traveled across the Atlantic that I was involved in nefarious projects :)
Though if these were zoned, they would show a complaint bubble and then abandon. I don't have auto-bulldoze turned on for that. Do RICO buildings abandon or show issues of any kind?
Maybe we should take it to @AJ3D, the mod's creator...
@CityDave: Not with these textures and proportions, no.
The base and top floor are set-up to be a service floor for the rest of the building so they would need to go; there'd be no more need for a rooftop helipad; the color mix on the facade works decently because of its vertical repetetitiveness IMO (you'd lose that on a groundscraper), etc.
Basically it'd need to be a whole new asset and an original to boot, no shortcuts for me by just imitating real life :) So a 'version' is out, though a ~25 floor copy might be useful since those do actually exists.
